Arsenal in 2020

The thing about Arsenal is that, they have the players to compete but they lack that extra push that they had during the Wenger era. In 2020 Arsenal under Arteta want to go the distance but sacrifices need to be made. Lacazette is in poor form, half the squad has some injuries and furthermore the grit and the willingness to perform always comes under criticism. Arteta has some serious thinking to do if he is to win the Europa this year or if he’s to finish top 6. First and foremost Cedric Soares is a good buy but although he’s experienced it is yet to be seen if he can play up to the pace of the league. The next good thing would be to buy the French defender Upemecano. Talks with Cazorla at Villarreal reveals that Arsenal are interested in players that are to be welcomed in the future. This transfer window has to be right on for them if they want a rebuild. The mighty works of their French agent Guendouzi is showing promise. Days will tell us what’s in store for Arteta and whether or not he could possibly shape Arsenal back to its likeness.
